Zuthove Castle, locally known as Château de Zuthove, lies in the village of Renescure (Ruisscheure in Dutch), east of the town of Saint-Omer in the Nord department in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region in France.

Zuthove Castle was built in 1472 on a domain with that name by the Cornhuse family.

It was built as a mansion in Flemish style with crow-stepped gables of the kind that are frequently encountered on buildings in Flanders and on the shores of the Baltic at the end of medieval period and early modern times.

The overall plan of the castle is a square with 3 wings which are flanked by circular towers. The castle is circled by a moat.

In the late 18th century the castle and lordship passed to the Ranst family who restored the castle.

Zuthove Castle is now private property and can not be visited. The buildings on the bailey can be rented for parties and receptions. It is situated besides the village church.
